Project Description: SEALED BIDS and PROPOSALS will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by the County Controller for Dauphin County until December 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm, and opened on that date in the Dauphin County Commissioners Hearing Room, 4th Floor, Dauphin County Administration Building, 2 S. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 for:
2026 OFFICE SUPPLY CONTRACT

The required certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the contract must be received by the Dauphin County Controller prior to the close of the bid.
The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to award the contract as determined to serve the County’s best interest.
