Project Description: FM423 Landscape Median Improvements project consisting of median landscape and irrigation improvements at the following road segments:
- Custer Rd. (FM2478): Custer Trail South to SH121
- FM 423: HWY380 South to Little Ranch Rd.
- FM 423: Main St. south to The Colony city limits at Sorrel Phillips Creek Ranch Apartments.
The landscape design consists of street trees, ornamental shrub beds, ornamental river rock and new turf grass in the median areas in the road segments listed above.
