Overview

Summary

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms to design and build a new, approximately 14,250 square foot, one-story fire station located at Sewell Mill Road and East Piedmont Road in Cobb County. The Facility will house equipment rooms, gear locker rooms, showers, gear laundry, bunk rooms, kitchen, office and apparatus bays. . This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting a proposal response.

Proposals shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 18, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late Proposals will not be accepted.

Background

Cobb County Fire is building a new ground up two-story Fire Station on a redeveloped portion of Cumberland Mall to serve the Cobb Galleria area.
