Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for Wild Rose Lane Improvements funded with General Obligation funds. The project consists of a full street reconstruction project including paving, drainage, water and wastewater improvements. The project will also include sidewalks and a bicycle trail.
