Background

The City of Ennis plans to construct a premier downtown park on this site. There are currently two buildings, a concrete pad behind one and the remnants of a pool at the site that need to be demoed. The pool will need to be extracted and refilled and compacted in accordance with the attached geotechnical report (there will be buildings placed in this area).
