CLERMONT COUNTY OHIO

SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENTS

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. local time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located on the 3 ^rd floor of the County Administration Building at 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 to consider amendments to the Clermont County Subdivision Regulations. The amendments will be available for review on the Clermont County homepage under Legal Notices at the link https://clermontcountyohio.gov/ , along with copies available at the office of the Board of County Commissioners.

Clermont County residents are encouraged to review the amendments, attend the public hearing, and/or send comments or questions to the Commissioners’ office or email to ddemarsh@clermontcountyohio.gov .
