Request For Quotes (RFQ) Notice
Mankato Transit System is soliciting quotes from qualified firms for snow removal which includes plowing, blowing, or shoveling snow in and around designated bus stop areas. Work may include applying sand, grit, or deicing agents to provide a safe walking area. The successful Responder shall provide all the necessary equipment, tools, and materials
The project timeline is expected to start on October 1, 2026, with all work complete by May 31, 2027.
Interested firms can obtain a copy of the RFQ by downloading a copy from the City’s website ( https://www.mankatomn.gov/about-mankato/business/bids-and-request-for-proposals ).
Submit questions related to specific project requirements by 4:00 PM on September 24, 2026, via email to Todd Owens ( towens@mankatomn.gov ). The deadline for submitting the RFQ package is 10:00 am Friday September 25, 2026.
