Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Adding a Breakroom on the 5th Floor of the SLC City Hall. Contractor shall modify the designated area plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression services, and architectural systems as specified on the Contract Documents. The Base Bid includes all the area's basic utility services and envelope upgrades. The Add Alternates consist of all the interchangeable items, such as Casework and Finishes.
