Answer: Automated Logic Controls
Question 2: Will there be a public bid opening?
Answer: July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Habersham County School District, Facilities and Maintenance
Department, 3200 Demorest Mount Airy Hwy, Demorest, GA 30535
Question 3: Can you provide more information or clarify the statement below? Does the statement indicate that
there needs to be two separate costs for the HVAC units? Please reference under separate attachment Plan M1.2,
M2.1, and M2.2 - Floor Plan Area “A” - HVAC (Cafeteria Area)
Answer: 2 separate HVAC systems will be replaced, and both are in the Cafeteria. On the proposal sheet, you will
reference a Total Cost.
