The Fire Control System (FCS) Point of Service (POS) Coolers provide demineralized and temperature regulated cooling water to AEGIS equipment. Any source would need to be qualified to provide FCS POS Coolers in support of United States Navy and allied navies under the Foreign Military Sales program. The attached justification provides the justification and approval to award this requirement on a sole source basis to VT Milcom.
