The Project consists of but not limited to: Selective demolition of 8 existing second floor concrete porches, roof and first floor patio to remain. Repair and resurface 8 first floor patios. Construct 8 new wood-framed second floor decks, new railings at 8 decks & 8 patios, new trim & ceilings. Paint and adjust 16 rear entry doors. Replace gutters & downspouts at rear of buildings. New resilient flooring and base at 8 rear entry halls. Asbestos abatement of flooring and sealants. Replace 16 storm doors with new.
The work is estimated to cost $386,000.00.
General Bids will be received until 26 March 2026 at 4:00PM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.
