Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for:

Campbell County Road and Bridge Re-Roof

Will be received by Campbell County Public Works, at the Public Works office located at 500 South Gillette Avenue, Suite 1400, Gillette Wyoming 82716 until 2:00 pm on the 19th day of March 2026 and then opened and publicly read aloud.

The Bidding Documents will be made available in the following manner:

Electronic PDF copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained free of charge by contacting Schutz Foss Architects, P.C. at (406) 252-9218 beginning on March 3, 2026.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the project site; Campbell County Road & Bridge Department 5901 Hannum Rd., Gillette, WY 82716.  Prime bidders are REQUIRED to attend and participate in the pre-bid meeting.
