Project Description: Utah Tech University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed General Contractors for the Chancellor Student Housing Remodel at 11 South 800 East, St. George, Utah. This solicitation will be conducted in two phases, with qualified contractors advancing from the Statement of Qualifications phase to a competitive Invitation for Bids. The project includes renovating a 6,852-square-foot, three-story student housing building, originally constructed in 1995, by converting six three-bedroom apartments into ten one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.
