TO BE BILLED IN MONTHLY ARREARS

**ALDOT intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed $25,000.
