420-740027 - Lift Inspection - D2 Anniston

ALDOT District Two Anniston intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverable throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).

The Calhoun County ALDOT office would like to receive bids for the Annual Lift Inspection on a 2-post, Mohawk TP-20 WB, Electric & Hydraulic Lift.

The location of the lift is at 1545 U.S. Highway 431 North, Anniston, Al 36206.

Vendor must be ALI Certified for the lift inspection to occur.

Vendor must also contact the following to schedule the inspection: District Administrator, Assistant District Administrator, Equipment Mechanic Senior, or Administrative Support Assistant.

The inspection should be completed by December 31, 2026.
