The City of Stillwater invites competitive rental offers from qualified mobile food and beverage vendors for designated concession spaces near the Stillwater Ice Rink at Block 34.
The City intends to make available one food-vendor space and one beverage-vendor space during each rental period. Vendors pay the City for the opportunity to operate; the City is not purchasing food or beverage services under this solicitation.
