VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms with mechanical tunnel scrubbing equipment to provide brush scrubbing cleaning services for all tunnel walls, ceilings, ledges, sidewalk surfaces and other areas including wall niches, handrails, roadways, gutters, catch basins, drain lines, traffic signals, doors and any other items mounted within the Rosslyn Tunnel located on Interstate 66 in Northern Virginia.
