2. The City of Calgary (The City) is looking to procure composite ties for LRT tracks.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of one (1) year and may be renewed for up to three (3) times for two (2) years each time.
