Rocky View County
Rocky View County (RVC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to comprehensively update the business plan for its wholly owned corporation, Municipally Controlled Utility Corporation (MCUC), Aqueduct, to establish its strategic direction and financial sustainability as the County’s water and wastewater (and potentially solid waste services) utility service provider.
The selected consultant will be expected to work collaboratively with the County’s senior administration and legal counsel to complete the following key deliverables
