Office on Addiction Services Request for Proposals for County Innovation Grant 2025-2026

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Addiction Services, is accepting proposals for the County Innovation Grant. These funds will secure a medication assisted treatment (MAT) coordinator for Mercer County for the period of eleven (11) months, November 1, 2025, through September 29, 2026, in the amount of up to $168,588.00 (State Funds).
This funding is being made available by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). This funding cannot supplant current county funding, state funding, philanthropic, or private sector investments.
