The West Virginia Office of Energy is seeking proposals from qualified technology vendors to develop, implement, and maintain an interactive, scalable platform for the comprehensive management of funds awarded to West Virginia residents and businesses from Federal Grant Awards. This platform will serve as a central database for receiving, processing, and tracking grant applications across multiple programs. It will streamline the entire grants management lifecycle-from initial application submission to reporting and performance tracking-while offering seamless connectivity to federal databases via Application Program Interface (API) for real-time data integration and compliance.
