Description
The City of Castlegar intends to select a qualified Construction Manager through the selection process outlined in this RFP. The selected Construction Manager will have directly related pre-construction services experience and proof of successful delivery of projects similar in scope to the described work. Following a successful pre-construction phase, the successful proponent may be selected to continue construction of the work under a stipulated price.
