Northern Lights School Division

Northern Lights Public Schools and St. Paul Education are seeking tenders for the supply and installation of all necessary equipment, specialized tools, and instructional materials required to establish a comprehensive Heavy Equipment Technician Period 1 (Foundational Skills) Lab, to be utilized by regional high schools for vocational training. This tender encompasses procuring foundational components such as operational diesel engine training stands, mounted hydraulic system trainers, cutaway power train components (axles, transmissions), complete sets of SAE and Metric hand tools, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers), safety apparatus including engine hoists and heavy-duty stands.

All interested parties are invited to bid on the specific tools and equipment that they would considering providing along with providing the product specifications. The lowest bid may not necessarily be accepted and each tool will be evaluated independently to ensure they meet the required specifications. If the required specifications are not met then the item would be procured through other means.

The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering a ready-to-use, professional-grade product to the facility that strictly adheres to educational standards and maximizes hands-on learning for basic diagnostics, maintenance, and safe operational procedures.
