The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-009-25, Banbury Lift Station No. 27 Upgrade Construction. The existing lift station is located south of the parking lot at Myrtle Park within Deep Cove area in North Vancouver. The Owner intends to upgrade the existing wet well and pumps complete with final tie-in connection of newly installed forcemain. This Work will consist of the following:
• Supply and install temporary bypass pumping;
• Coordinate with Xylem to complete wet well inspection;
• Remove the existing piping, valves, fittings, pump bases and hollow tubes from the wet well;
• Coordinate with Xylem for the following field installation:
o Existing pumps with new Flygt volutes
o New polyurethane resin and gelcoat for the wet well floor
o New pump base pads
o New Flygt discharge connections, guide rails and guide bar brackets
o New inlet sleeve kits
• Supply and install new discharge piping, fittings and couplings inside the wet well;
• Excavate and install the District-supplied discharge piping and fittings between the wet well and valve chamber;
• Excavate and complete final tie-in connection of the newly installed forcemain;
• Commission and test pumps and new components inside the wet well; and
• Complete site restoration.
