Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide bird control and Pigeon flock elimination services at DART Elm and Webb Chapel Facilities.
Please review this opportunity and all attached documents. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). All required documents must be included with your bid to be considered responsive.
Pre-Bid Site Meeting Date, Time, and Locations (PLEASE NOTE, THE DATE HAS CHANGED TO 7/14/2026)
The pre-bid site meeting will be held at both DART's Elm and Webb Chapel facilities (listed below) and will begin at the Webb Chapel facility. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to one hour for each site visit.
Please confirm your participation for the Pre-Bid Site Visit via email, to Isaac Park (ipark@dart.org). Due to limited scheduling flexibility, no additional dates or times will be offered for the site visit.

Bid Responsiveness Requirement:
To be considered responsive, vendors must ensure all required solicitation documents are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein. Failure to properly complete, sign, and submit all required forms and attachments may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration.
Bidders shall ensure that:

* All required signatures, dates, and acknowledgments are provided.
* All requested supporting documentation is included as specified.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with these requirements.
