Scope of Services
The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for Moody Elementary Campus Wide Renovation
Campus wide Renovation to include but not limited to a complete interior renovation of the existing campus to include replacement of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, removal and replacement of fire alarm system, remove and replace kitchen cooler/freezer, administrative security and lobby enhancements, new technology infrastructure, LED lighting, new ceilings, flooring, painting, new exterior doors, windows and hardware, and sitework as needed.
