Description
The project site is located on the south end of Lake Simcoe, approximately 100 km northeast of Toronto, at the end of Holmes Point Road. The site coordinates are: 44°20'25.9"N 79°13'06.3"W.
The work under this contract includes approximately 100m of shoreline restoration including, but not limited to:
1. Excavation and removal of existing small to medium sized stones and soil to specified limits.; and
2. Supply and installation of new rip rap.
It is anticipated the Contractor can complete the Work in approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/13.
