Service to be performed: Sweep and mop all designated areas, vacuum all designated floors, take out all garbage, clean windows inside (outside cleans once per month) and/or doors, clean all restroom toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors, clean breakroom including emptying trash, sweep & mopping floors. Warehouse area-only clean restroom. . The square footage is +/-8,200 this is including the warehouse in which the restroom is the only area that must be cleaned.

Services to be performed twice a week during work hours of 7:00 am to 3:30pm. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided. Valid for 12 months 10/1/26-9/30/27.
To be billed monthly in arrears.
