Description
Notice of Proposed Procurement to deliver a cloud-based database warehousing solution for the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Control Operations (CFSACO) within the Department of National Defence.
CFSACO intends to enter into a contract with a contractor to develop a database warehouse solution accessible to non-technical CFSACO staff to consolidate training-related data such as Training Reports (TRs), Unsatisfactory Progress or Conduct Reports (UPCRs), conventional tests, and student surveys into a structured, standardized datasets for analysis and query reports. CFSACO's objective is to benefit from a centralized, scalable database that allows for the ingestion of a variety of materials in order to reveal common patterns across training streams, and to identify areas of improvement and sustainment.
This NPP directly addresses the Software as a Service (SaaS) Supply Arrangement (EN578-191593/ESS). Only current SaaS holders who are rated to store Protected B documents will be considered in bid solicitation.
The period of any resulting contract will be valid until 31 March 2026 with CFSACO retaining the irrevocable option to extend the period of the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatary evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid which delivers the best balance of longevity, flexibility, user-experience, and cost will be recommended for contract award.
