Southeast Missouri State University will be receiving Sealed Bids for the following work involved in the General Painting Standing Contract, SB11234 at the Facilities Management Service Center - 2nd Floor Conference Room, 610 Washington Avenue, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders must comply to all statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond executed by Bidder and approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. A recommended pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the office of Facilities Management as listed above. An electronic copy of all project drawings and specifications will be issued free of charge to contractors who request the link by calling (573) 986-6728 or email request to spepple@semo.edu . Documents may then be printed as desired by the plan holders, as no paper copies will be issued by the University.
