Description

This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for informational purposes only to assist in developing the Final RFP. This DRAFT RFP allows interested parties to submit questions and comments regarding the requirements and the acquisition itself. AFLCMC/WID will not accept or evaluate any proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Not responding to the DRAFT RFP does not preclude anyone from submitting offers for the Final RFP. Information contained herein is subject to change.



AFLCMC/WID hereby invites all interested parties to examine the DRAFT RFP in its entirety and to submit comments, suggestions, discrepancies, inconsistencies and feedback accordingly. This process will aid planned FINAL RFP release in the future. We encourage all interested parties to fully utilize this draft RFP review period to help us address your questions and concerns about the requirements and the acquisition.



NOTE: Interested Parties are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments as soon as possible because responses will be provided on a rolling basis. Respondents are encouraged to submit multiple sets of questions and comments.

AFLCMC/WID requests that any questions and comments be provided no later than 2 February 2026, 11:59pm EST (subject to change).



AFLCMC/WID reserves the right to publish the full questions and comments as written except for removal of any information that is directly identifiable to a specific party (e.g. personal names, company names and abbreviations, email and telephone information), so please consider the potential disclosure of proprietary and/or confidential information when composing your questions and comments.
