Maintenance, Repair and Calibration of Analytical Scales and Balances

The Arizona State Public Health Laboratory (ASPHL) and the Radiation Measurement Laboratory (RML) are required to perform periodic certification or calibration on various analytical scales and balances that meet the accreditation of International Organization of Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025. The Laboratories are seeking one (1) Contractor that shall provide on-site maintenance, repair and calibration of analytical scales and balances as needed.

There will be no pre-solicitation conference. All questions, inquiries, or clarifications regarding this solicitation shall be submitted through APP using the Discussion Forum Tab within the Solicitation, no later than three (3) business days prior to the RFQ due date of July 2, 2025, by 3:00 pm local Arizona time. Any correspondence related to a solicitation should refer to the appropriate document, page, and paragraph number.
