Description
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit submissions, in the
format detailed in the attached documents, from firms interested in providing Construction
Services for the Okanagan College Penticton Student Housing Project for the following
scopes of work including but not limited to:
• Concrete Formwork
• Concrete Reinforcing
• Concrete Supply
• Rough Carpentry – Framing & Mass Timber
Installation
• Rough Carpentry – Lumber & EWP Supply
• Millwork
• Masonry
• Cementitious Siding & Thermal Insulation System
• Membrane Roofing
• Glazing – Curtain Wall System, Interior Glazing
• Vinyl Window Supply
• Exterior and Interior Doors, Frames and Hardware
• Steel Stud Framing, Gypsum Wallboard Systems,
Ceilings, Fibrous & Sound Insulation
• Tile, Carpet, Resilient Flooring
• Painting
• Elevator
• Fire Suppression/Sprinklers
• Mechanical – Plumbing & HVAC
• Electrical Systems (including access control, AV and
security)
• Landscaping
• Site servicing, earthworks, paving and civil works
