Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to procure qualified contractors to provide Site Infrastructure for The Strategic Transition to Electrify The Port of Philadelphia at the Tioga Marine Terminal in accordance with the Bid Technical Specifications set forth in Part II of this IFB and the Contract Documents (the “Project” or “Work”).
