SCSA#3 CULINARY WATER 2026 PROJECT

Project Description: SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO.3 requests bids from experienced contractors to complete construction of a new 750K Gallon concrete storage tank, over 14,000 linear feet of culinary waterlines ranging from 6” to 10” diameter piping known as SCSA#3 - CULINARY WATER 2026 PROJECT. Construction work, in general, consists of providing materials and labor to construct a 750K gallon culinary water cast-in-place concrete storage tank, tank valve vault, 2,500 linear feet of access roadway, installation of culinary waterlines, PRV Station, asphalt removal and replacement. The work must be substantially complete (everything except for REVEGATATION) by January 31, 2027, and fully complete all work under this Contract by July 1, 2027.
Bids may be submitted electronically via the Bonfire Procurement Portal or as sealed bids delivered to the Summit County Service Area No. 3 office at 629 E Parkway Drive, Suite 1, Park City, Utah 84098. All bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM on May 6, 2026, at which time bidding will be closed. Late submissions will be deemed non-responsive and will not be accepted.
Copies of the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans will be available online no later than April 22, 2026, on the Summit County Service Area No. 3 website (http://www.scsa3.org) and via the Bonfire Procurement Portal.
