City of Alma 2024-2026 LMIG and LRA

The City of Alma is soliciting proposals to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances necessary to complete patching, leveling, resurfacing, and striping for approximately ±3.4 (LM) of city maintained roadways. The project includes work on the following streets: Williams Avenue from Radio Station Road to S Pierce Street, Taylor Road from Long Street to Townsend Lane, Bead Street from Edge Wood Street to the dead end, E 8th Street from N Pierce Street to Taylor Street, 5th Street from Smallee Street to N. Church Street, Lucky Street from E 20th Street to Cone Drive, Gwen Street from W 4th Street to Lakeshore Drive, Smallee Street from W 7th Street to the dead end, and Crosby Street from Long Avenue to Townsend Lane. Sealed bids will be received at 502 W 12th Street, Ste 104, Alma, Georgia 31510 up to 10AM EST, Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
