The Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange d/b/a Access Health CT (AHCT), Connecticut's official state-based health insurance marketplace, intends to engage a vendor to provide actuarial services for AHCT's Plan Management activities including, but not limited to: (i) Standard Plan Design Development and Actuarial Value Certification; (ii) Rate Review and Consumer Impact Study; (iii) Adverse Selection Study; (iv) Expanded Bronze Reasonable Copay Analysis.
