Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is issuing this Open-ended Stage I Request for Statement of Qualifications solicitation to prequalify new code inspection firms (“Contractors”) to perform code and special inspection services for statewide capital projects throughout the State of Utah.
DFCM Code Inspection Firm Prequalification for FY2027. This prequalification will be effective on July 1, 2026 and will expire December 31, 2027.Inspection firms will be prequalified for a period of 18 months. Prior to the expiration of the 18 month prequalification period, all firms will be required to submit renewal documents in order to remain prequalified for the following 18 months.
