Invitation for Bid
GSA-032-26
Restoration of Santa Ana Basketball Court
Questions and Concerns received from Anen Incorporation on June 29, 2026.
1. Line item 7: Bidder to remove and dispose (2EA) light pole, 24ft long x 3 In diameter
Line item 8: Bidder to install (2EA) light pole, 24ft long x 3 In diameter
RFI: Please clarify 1EA existing to be remove and disposed, install 2EA light pole, Scope of work does not
indicate whether the existing underground circuits and conductors are to be reused or replaced. During
site observation, it appears that replacement of the existing conduits and conductors back to the electrical
panel may be necessary to complete the installation. As Dededo mayor stated he is open to solar light
poles to be as an alternative.
Response: See Amendment #2.
Questions and Concerns received from Elohim Construction on June 29, 2026.
1. Clarification: Basically, the restoration is for the fencing only.
Response: The restoration is both for the fencing and light poles. See Amendment #2.
2. For the installation of the light pole (2 each), a new footing is to be constructed beside the existing one
since the old footing Is not in good shape anymore. Please clarify.
Response: See Amendment #2.
3. As discussed, a solar light is accepted to be installed in the light pole.
Response: See Amendment #2.
4. The basketball pole, board, and ring Is not included in the scope of work. Please clarify.
Response: Yes.
5. For Affidavits Required
Can we have one set notarized and then make a copy to submit for the other IFBs since they are at the
same date of submission. It is expensive for a small company like us.
Response: Each bid submission requires one (1) original notarized affidavit. As each bid is a separate
solicitation, photocopies of notarized affidavits submitted for other IFBs are not acceptable. Refer to
Sealed Bid Instructions, line 6(a), on page 13 of the solicitation packet.
