Description

PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation contract is to solicit responses to contract with a vendor(s) to provide Tree Seedling Lifting and Planting Services for the MNDNR, on an as needed basis.

The MNDNR requires a Contractor to supply labor necessary to count and grade up to approximately 5 million tree seedlings over a ten to twenty-five working day period in mid-April to mid-May and in mid-October to mid- November.

The MNDNR requires a Contractor to supply labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the hand planting of approximately 2.1 million tree seedlings on approximately 3,200 acres of DNR managed forest lands throughout the State of Minnesota from early-April to late-May. Contract Release T-799.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Event/Solicitation. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
