Furnishing: Bidder shall provide all materials, labor, tools, heavy equipment,
transportation, supervision, and inspections necessary to complete
restoration to the Lencho Park Tennis Court.
Disposal of Debris and Equipment: All debris and equipment must be
disposed by following Guam EPA regulations on Hazardous materials and
debris.
Licenses and Permit: Bidder shall obtain all required permit for proposed
work. Bidder is responsible to obtain any and all licenses/clearances required
by the Guam Contractor's License board to perform this contract.

Safety: The successful bidder shall implement safety procedures and
protocols for all work to be performed under this contract.
Final Inspection: The successful bidder shall conduct a thorough inspection to
ensure all work is completed, approved and in satisfactory condition to the
Mayors' Council of Guam, Municipality of Dededo.
Schedules: Bidder shall coordinate schedules and plans with the Mayors'
Council of Guam, Municipality of Dededo.
Warranty: One (1) year warranty for parts and labor.
These specifications were prepared, drafted, and approved by the Mayor's
Council of Guam, Municipality of Dededo: Peter J. Benavente, Mayor of
Dededo; Ann S. San Agustin Leon Guerrero, Vice Mayor of Dededo.
