This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide application of calcium chloride for dust control at Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN and the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS). The work covered under this solicitation will consist of the labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to furnish and apply Calcium Chloride for dust control.
Application Area Maps. Maps of the application areas are attached to the solicitation. Responders are responsible for reviewing all maps.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at Tou.D.Yang@state.mn.us by February 19, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time
