Answer: Vendors can arrive by 8:00AM for set-up
Per 6.2.1.1 of the SOW where it says "all individual components within the pack are TAA-compliant unless otherwise authorized by the CO to place orders from a non-TAA compliant country.
Answer: All vendors shall comply with 52.225-6 for all line items listed in Section D

Ordering Limitations Clause 52.216-19

(a) Minimum order. When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than $1.00, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, those supplies or services under the contract.
