The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify Subcontractors and trade workers for work on the City of Roseville – Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) and License, Passport and Dance Studio (LPDS) project. Based upon evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, the successful Responders will be eligible to submit competitive proposals for work and enter into a Contract with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@r) for the project. RFQ responses are due no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. CST.

The Roseville – Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) and License project consists of a new 13,500 sf license, passport and dance studio and 132,000 sf of additions and remodels to the public works maintenance and operations center on a 10 acres site as well as some park improvements. The estimated total cost of construction for the LPDS is approximately $11,000,000 and MOC is approximately $57,000,000. The projects will be completed in 4 phases starting Spring of 2027 and completing in Fall of 2030/beginning of 2031.
