Project Description: The City of Victoria invites tender for: The Contractor to provide all labour, material accessories, equipment to install with Pre- & Post- CCTV inspection a CIPP sealing device (T-Liner) at the lateral / mainline interface of SS mains to create a long term, maintenance free, Hydrophilic seal to I & I with a minimum 5 years warranty on Young Street (from Toronto Street to Michigan Street); Michigan Street (from Douglas Street to Government Street).
