Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Calvin Rampton Complex Deluge System Removal: Removal of existing deluge system, upgrade to existing fire sprinkler system, upgrade to
existing fire alarm system, upgrade to existing smoke evacuation system, new storefront windows to separate atrium
space from the adjacent occupied spaces.
Construction Cost Estimate: $1,000,000.00
