RFI: Economic Impact Assessment of the Proposed CT United Football Club Stadium

The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) and Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit proposals for an economic impact assessment of the proposed Connecticut United Football Club Stadium and the broader Park City Landing mixed-use development in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The assessment will inform the state’s evaluation of the potential return on a proposed $127 million state bonding investment, as well as explore alternative mechanisms for state support. This RFI offers respondents the opportunity to provide feedback on potential approaches for this study, including the various public-private partnerships structures. Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest and relevant summary qualifications to the DECD.
