Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Gaborone Botswana will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it is available.
The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide Group Life Insurance services to approximately 186 employees of the Government of the United States of America in Gaborone. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, although we may hold discussions with companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
