Bid Description:
The State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (hereinafter the State) is seeking proposals from a single entity, to be called the “Funding Program Administrator” (hereinafter FPA) to develop a funding program that administers and oversees the development of asset management plans in the Lake Champlain Basin for as many facilities discharging between 0.1 and 1.0 million gallons per day of treated water listed in the table titled “Program Overview”.
