Project Description: Murray City is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) for engineering firms interested in providing professional services to the Murray City Public Works Department. The SOQ is specific to providing professional services for Municipal water resources such as: Well Design; Drilling; Development; Pumphouse facilities; Water Line Design; as well as Construction Project Management, Observation and Inspections.
The City will select vendors in a two-step procurement method. This SOQ comprises Step I during which Respondents will submit Statements of Qualifications. Upon completion of Step I, the City will develop a shortlist comprised of at least three top ranked responses to this SOQ. Vendors selected during the Step I will be invited to respond to Step II for a Technical Request for Proposal.
